Meet Zydra Delaney

​Lithuanian born self -taught artist Zydra Delaney is full time artist living and working in Merritt Island, Florida. Inspired by the captivating beauty of the ocean ,sun-drenched beaches and vibrant sunsets, she creates captivating artworks that reflect this deep connection to coastal life. With passion for capturing the dynamic energy and breathtaking colors of the ocean, Zydra employs a range of mediums to bring her vision to life. Acrylics and oils allow for rich textures and depth, while mixed media adds unique dimension to her creations. Notably, Zydra Delaney also incorporates epoxy resin, layering it with vibrant pigments and other materials to achieve high gloss finishes and sense of unparalleled depth, reminiscent of the ocean itself. Through the fusion of Lithuanian heritage and vibrant influences of her Florida surroundings, Zydra creates one-of-a-kind artworks that evoke emotion and spark a connection to the wonders of the sea.
